SUMMARY

• Answer phones, respond to emails, greet applicants and residents, conduct in-person and virtual tours, schedule vendors, walk units, assist manager with duties and deadlines, and be team player, as our front friendly face.
• Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
• Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
• Handle social media platforms, marketing materials, business pages and resident events and community newsletters.
• Multi-tasking team player willing to work hand-in-hand with assistant manager and property manager with various tasks.
• Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
• Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
• Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.
• Perform various administrative responsibilities.

PHYSICAL EFFORT

Constant (90-100% of the time): repetitive motion hand movement, grasping, holding, finger dexterity, reading, writing, hearing, talking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs. Walking Property, passing out notices, conducting in-person and virtual tours, etc., does occur and is part of this job.

Frequent (60-90% of the time): eye-hand coordination, color distinction, visual inspection, walking, reaching

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High school graduate

At least two years of experience in relevant customer service

Able to work evenings and weekends

Word, Excel and Outlook/Proficient in Typing & Phone Etiquette.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule: Hours of work are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (or as mandated by your Regional) rotating Saturdays.

If occupancy is a concern, the office will be open on Saturdays. Please refer to your Regional Property Manager for specific requirements. This is on a rotation between the Property Manager and Leasing team.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence is prohibited.

Drug-Screening: Successfully pass a drug-screening test.
