Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

· Maintain Customer Master File

· Good Understanding of Sellers Permits and Certificates

· Products Maintenance

· Maintain Inventory Reports

· Maintain AR Print Invoices

· File AR & AP Invoices

· Print Inhouse Coupons

· Pulling and Filing Applications and Coupons

Requirement

· Proficient in ten key, Excel, Word and Outlook

· Able to type 55 wpm

· Strong ability to use calculation skills to include discounts, commissions, percentages and interest

· High attention to detail

· Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Strong organizational, analytical and problem skills to manage workflow and priorities

· Flexible to work in and ever-changing environment
