**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional experiences for customers through their expertise in mixing drinks and providing outstanding customer service.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience working at similar establishments, counter service in a high volume establishment.
- Proficiency in handling various types of POS systems
