Customer Success Operations (Part-time)

Canopy is a well-funded SaaS startup, building simple yet robust software for tax professionals. We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Success Operations Intern to join our growing team and help ensure the success of our customers!

As a member of our rapidly growing Customer Success organization, your primary responsibility will be to work with our onboarding team to process customer contact lists. By importing various types and formats of customer contact files expeditiously, you will ensure our customers benefit from the value of our product as quickly as possible. This position is set up for hungry, entry-level candidates looking to jumpstart their career in Customer Success Operations.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and process contact files dropped by new and existing customers
• Process contact files in order to match required formats (e.g. data transformation, formatting, etc.)
• Regularly communicate with onboarding team regarding customer status and needs
• Set up tools & processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of our team
• Search for opportunities to innovate on current processes that need improvement
• Maintain a positive and engaged attitude with co-workers and customers

Who are you:

• Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel; VBA a plus
• Self-starter, with the ability to drive own productivity
• Positive, ability to maintain a hungry and enthusiastic approach in a complex and challenging, open-ended environment
• Organizational skills, creativity, and a solution-oriented focus are a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Willingness to work full-time at Canopy HQ
