JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Events Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of channels community management that include, copy routing, scheduling, plan execution, social listening and measurement across all applicable business unit channels.

The Events Coordinator will collaborate with a wide variety of teams, so excellent communication and adaptability is a must.

Organize and attend events

Coordinate with vendors, venues, guests, and other third parties

Collaborate with marketing and leadership team

Manage event budget and ensure all expenses are paid in a timely manner

May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
