Job Overview:

Canon is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inventory within the warehouse, including tracking product movement, and ensuring accurate data collection.

This role requires a valid US Driver's license, strong computer skills and 3 years experience operating a forklift.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented and properly handled.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager. Ensure that all inventory meets company quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and report any safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including adhereing to detailed written instructions to achieve uniformity of the performance of a specific function.

• Utilize warehouse inventory management systems to track product movement and accurately update inventory records
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory control processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver's License
• Previous experience in a warehouse inventory role preferred.
• 3 year's experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to interpret utilize warehouse inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
