Position Title: Mgr, Facilities

Job Summary:
The Manager, Facilities will work closely with the Director of Real-Estate and Facilities to support all clinical operations activities and construction projects. This position will provide administrative support to the Facilities Coordinators. Internal Office functions shall consist of: Work Order coordination, Project Management database management, daily facilities operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, maintaining office records, and working with local municipalities as needed. Under the supervision of the Director, this position will focus on procurement and project management for construction and facilities projects.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel:
Work may involve some driving/traveling to assigned clinics.
