As Bodega Taqueria y Tequila continues to expand its national footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in the South Florida Region of our group. Our unique brand offers traditional Mexican favorites with unconventional and innovative interpretations, specializing in tacos and tequila. Behind the meat locker door, a no-name speakeasy comes alive at night, serving up Miami's best tequila and cocktails in an eclectic, puebla-inspired setting that brings together artists, musicians, locals, and travelers alike.

Position Overview: As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting all repair and maintenance functions within our restaurant group. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are in top-notch condition to provide an exceptional experience for our guests and maintain the high standards of Bodega Taqueria y Tequila.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all facilities within the region, ensuring the longevity of equipment and minimizing downtime.
• Promptly respond to regional support calls, assessing and addressing maintenance issues with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage HVAC systems, conducting regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and climate control in all Bodega Taqueria y Tequila locations.
• Take charge of kitchen equipment repair and warranty management, collaborating with vendors to address issues and ensure the seamless operation of culinary equipment.
• Supervise woodwork projects, ensuring the upkeep and restoration of interior and exterior wooden structures to maintain the aesthetic integrity of our establishments.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including pressure washing, painting, and restoration activities, to uphold the visual appeal and cleanliness of our facilities.
• Assign and oversee all opening and/or closing side duties related to maintenance, emphasizing attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate maintenance priorities, upcoming projects, and any pertinent information to the team.
• Collaborate with regional teams to participate in ongoing training sessions, emphasizing best practices and safety measures related to facility maintenance.
• Recognize outstanding performance and promptly address any unsatisfactory performance in the maintenance domain, taking corrective actions as needed.

Working Conditions:

The role is onsite Monday through Friday with on-call expectations during nights and weekends. The ideal candidate must be comfortable traveling within the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. All applicants must have a valid drivers license, in good standing, to be considered for the opportunity.
