About the Company
Circle S Farms is the premier cultivator of medical marijuana in Las Vegas with two dispensary locations. Circle S Farms has 40,000 square feet of indoor growing capacity and the latest technology in our North Las Vegas cultivation facility. Our Canna Starz location has been open since November 2020. We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to help represent Circle S Farms and serve the patients of our Canna Starz location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail cannabis store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory control, shift management, budgeting, recruiting, and training development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure proper inventory control and manage stock levels effectively with Metrc and Dutchie systems
- Oversee shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Develop and manage store budgets, including expense control and cost reduction initiatives
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Create a positive and engaging work environment for employees
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing terms and secure product availability
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong knowledge of cannabis retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and expense control
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
