**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in guest relations and customer service
- Proficiency with phone systems and hotel management software-(Opera)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures
