Job DescriptionPosition: Senior Compensation Administrator Salary: $60K-70KShift: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pmLocation: St. Paul, MNThis is a fulltime benefit eligible position.Job Descriptions:As a Senior Compensation Administrator you will develop and administer compensation plans and job evaluation process. Conduct annual market reviews and analysis to ensure a competitive position within the market and provide recommendations for the annual merit program and salary structure. Responsible for the communication, management reports and training related to the compensation program, the research and design of performance management systems and administration of the benefit programs.Job Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is desired. Two to three years of experience in the design/development of compensation, performance management systems and benefit programs. Experience in the administration of employee benefit programs is desired. Strong computer skills, including highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.); and human resources information systems (HRIS). Analytical, project management and presentation skills. Ability to work with individuals at all levels. Driver’s license required.
