Position Overview
Shift: 8am-4pmSchedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: starting $58K Per Year (Based on Experience) Job Summary:At Can One (USA) Inc, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and collecting payments from clients. We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our finance team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.What’s In It for You:- Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability and Life insurance offered.

- Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
- Comply with national and local financial regulations.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
- Generate purchase orders when necessary.
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
- Assist senior financial officers as needed.
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Advanced MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software and online platforms (Infor M3, Sage, Dynamics Navision)
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
- Ability to complete month-end in a timely manner.
Pay Range
USD $58,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.Job Summary
