Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at the cash register. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company procedures and policies regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Knowledge of electronics sales is desirable but not required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
- Multilingual abilities are an asset in order to assist customers from different language backgrounds
