CAMPOS EPC is Hiring a Payroll Processor (FT) Near Denver, CO
- Ensure that all payroll data entry of new hires, terminations, rate changes and employee classifications are correct for each employee in Deltek.
- Review employee wage records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that payroll records are kept for each employee, including name, pay rate and dates worked.
- Prepare import files for payroll processing agency.
- Process new hires by setting up employee records in the human resources system or personnel database.
- Data validation changes, process employee referral bonus, validate 401k contribution.
- Prepare reports regarding payroll activities, processing payroll deductions, and updating employee records.
- Communicate with employees regarding their pay, including issues with direct deposit or payment methods.
- Import and export timecard data.
- Follow-up on missing timecards for active employees.
- Back-up/support Payroll Manager.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations as needed.
- At minimum, an associate degree required.
- 2-5 years’ experience working in a payroll setting.
