As a front desk worker, you will be our guests' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include the following:

• Answering phones.
• Taking reservations.
• Checking in guests upon arrival.
• Running a cash register for the camp store.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling guest concerns, and providing information about the campground and local area.

This Front Desk position is a seasonal position because the campground is only open from May 1 - Oct 31. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.
