Project Manager
Department: Operations
Operations Area: Texas / Florida / Colorado / North Carolina / Georgia / Tennessee / California
Arizona / Nevada / Utah / D.C. / Oregon / Washington
Reports to: General Manager of Location
Subordinates: Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (some days may require more than 8 hours, some weeks may require additional workdays). May be required to attend industry/company functions outside of normal business hours.
Position Summary
The Project Manager (PM) will assist the General Manager to attain production goals and is directly responsible for overseeing the field construction operations within the Region. Superior leadership skills are critical overseeing the field crews in the operations department. The PM will represent Camp to the customers with the highest level of competence and professionalism.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The PM must communicate with other Camp employees, vendors, subcontractors and clients including property-level, mid-level and upper-level executives and owners. The PM must have sufficient education, experience and communication skills (oral and written) to effectively discharge the assigned duties. Must have completed OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses, or complete OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 within 60 days after program enrollment.
Responsibilities
The Camp Project Manager (PM) represents Camp in company meetings and events, on the jobsites and at industry functions. The PM is responsible for the following key duties:
