JOB TITLE: Receptionist

SHIFT: 16 Hours Bi-Weekly, Weekends Only

Summary/Objective

Acts as Cameron Woods liaison to residents, families, visitors, delivery personnel and staff. This position encompasses receptionist, clerical and activity duties.

Essential Functions

• Greets and gives needed information by phone, in-person, email and fax
• Completes clerical duties of billing, filing and other needs as required
• Assists residents with any clerical/shopping needs
• Assist with activities as needed

Experience

• Previous customer service preferred

• Ability to use Microsoft Office software
• Positive phone and customer service skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to work with diverse group of seniors
