Customer Service Representatives ("CSRs") are responsible for assisting customers with picking up and dropping off clothing and other items at our three Fargo locations. As CSRs gain experience, they will become more involved with the process of learning about the items being dropped off and assisting with properly tagging them so that they can be properly laundered and charged for. CSRs are not involved with the actual process of cleaning or laundering any items.
CSRs will use an electronic Point of Sale system ("POS") that is specific to the dry cleaning industry that is known as SMRT. SMRT is easy to learn and to use. As such, potential candidates only need to have limited computer skills.
CSRs will engage with customers so verbal skills and a desire to provide a good customer experience is a plus.
