You ensure the correct execution of service contracts in a 24/7 international environment.You support the monthly service meetings with customers.You support the Service Desk engineers and technicians in the US (5FTE) and Australia (3FTE) as regards follow-up of incidents, follow-up of interventions and general administration and reporting.You contribute to the optimisation of the Service Organisation.Using the reports and analyses, you assess the quality level of our services every month and monitor the KPIs.You work task-oriented: making lists, executing and following up.You are flexible and available to follow up on support escalations outside normal business hours.You report to the Service Director based in Belgium and work closely with the other Service Operation Lead.
