The Regional Director at Cambridge Spa Group will lead a multi-unit service-based portfolio in the Sacramento and Reno Region by training, coaching and inspiring managers to deliver best in class metrics. The mark of a successful Regional Director is historical growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders. The Regional Director adapts to the changing needs of the business and develops portfolio-wide improvements that can be implemented across the organization. All Regional Directors should also constantly brainstorm and develop portfolio-wide improvements that can be made within the organization.

The ideal Regional Director excels at communication and leadership – constantly looking to improve themselves and their team through motivation and training. As with all leaders within Cambridge Spa, we ask that you are honest, hard-working, caring, and smart (in that order). As compensation relates heavily to performance, someone with a tenacity for success will excel. A proven background in retail, wellness, sales, or operations in a multi-unit atmosphere is required. CSG's values are built upon creating as strong foundation – for our Regional Directors that means developing your General Managers to be known as great leaders, punctual in all regards, results-oriented and professional at all times.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel and spend impactful time in each location on a regular basis. Annual travel to the national conference is required and you are given ample notice to prepare. Must be accessible via phone for emergency calls, able to communicate consistently and effectively through phone and email.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time, ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English. Must be able to see well and able to read fine print. Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 10 pounds – maintaining files and documentation. Must be able to work in a subdued-lit, temperature-controlled work area. Must be able to see and work with a computer screen for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in an open area with other employees. Must be able to travel to all locations under purview.
Spa, Health and Wellness industry experience not required.
Rate of Pay: Up to $125,000 Annually DOE
Location: Sacramento, CA Region and Reno, NV Region
