About your role:
Our Regional Director provides direct supervision to our clinical staff and services to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. In this role, you will work directly with our clinical staff to provide licensure supervision and documentation review, audit client charts, staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and provide overall treatment team leadership. In a leadership capacity, you will oversee the programs’ contract responsibilities, collaborate on the establishment and delivery of services, and provide consultations to community organizations or networks. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services to a minimum of 12 clients per week. Your goal in this position is to provide staff training and support, and program development, to assist our clients in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. This position provides on-call for contracts, with a realistic expectation of once a month average. Our clients are advised to contact 911 or other support resources for emergency situations.
Does the following apply to you?
  • Licensed in Nevada as a LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC
  • Registered as an approved Primary Supervisor for clinical staff
  • 3 or more years’ of supervisory experience
  • Valid NV Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
