Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will manage phone and email queries and assist with sales orders for the Voyager Sopris company division. They field requests primarily through phone and email (via Outlook and Salesforce), customer concerns, and answering questions to the best of their ability. They will work with our warehouse and other departments to assist with questions and concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
Field inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Work all assigned cases in a timely manner.
Process orders including returns, exchanges, and discrepancies.
Accurately record customer feedback.
Work with a team to maintain accurate customer records.
Field inquiries for all shipping issues via the warehouse.
Occasional data entry.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; some additional college or vocational school preferred.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Solid PC skills including MS Office application suite.
Previous customer service and call center experience.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage different tasks.
Valued work ethic.
Able to work well with others.
