Then this role may be the perfect a CSP, you'll act as the bridge between Cambia and those we serve, including members, providers and other health care professionals.
You'll answer incoming calls on recorded lines, providing guidance and resources on benefits, claims and eligibility. You'll advocate for our members, track down answers to tricky questions and ask for support when you're stuck.
