Call The Care is Hiring an Office Manager Near Hollywood, FL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented with exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk by answering phone calls with professionalism
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee schedule management for appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service
- Experience in schedule management and administrative tasks

This is a 1099 position for a young energetic entry level individual who wants to grow with the company and later transfer to an employee position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
