KeyResponsibilities :

• Answeringincoming calls from customers and providing assistance orinformation as needed.
• Making outbound calls tofollow up on customer inquiries conduct surveys or scheduleappointments.
• Handling customer complaints orescalations professionally and resolving issues in a timelymanner.
• Maintaining accurate records of allinteractions with customers in our CRMsystem.
• Adhering to company policies andprocedures regarding call handling and customerinteractions.
• Meeting or exceeding performancetargets such as call quality productivity and customer satisfactionmetrics.

Requirements :

• Provenexperience in a call center or similar high volumeenvironments.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Ability to multitaskprioritize and manage timeeffectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM softwareand other relevant computer applications.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional certification or trainingin customer service is a plus.
• Reliableinternet hardwired connection Windows 10 or higher computer and aquiet workspace for remote work.
• Must be aselfstarter and able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
