Position Overview:
As a Program Manager specializing in the pharmaceutical domain and consumer data and analytics, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives focused on leveraging consumer data to drive actionable insights and enhance decision-making within the pharmaceutical industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, you will define program objectives, establish key milestones, and drive successful outcomes to support our clients' strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of consumer data and analytics programs and initiatives within the pharmaceutical domain, aligning with client objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and technical specialists, to define program scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable program plans and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to support timely and efficient program delivery.
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, and budget utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans as needed to ensure program success and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage program budgets and financials, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and variance analysis, to ensure adherence to financial targets and maximize program profitability.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among program team members, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations, implementing best practices to safeguard consumer data and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on data and analytics best practices, emerging trends, and innovative technologies, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the pharmaceutical domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management roles, with a focus on consumer data and analytics within the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex data and analytics programs and initiatives, from inception to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of consumer data sources, analytics techniques, and data visualization tools within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with data management platforms (DMPs), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling) is highly desirable.
