Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Provide customer service for in store purchases
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Some clerical duties
- Occasionally helping pull orders for customer will calls
Skills:
- Experience in inside sales
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
