We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Flex Officer Security Officers. This position is perfect for those who enjoy a flexible schedule and are available on-call to cover shifts when needed due to unexpected absences or emergencies. As a Flex Officer Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional security services to clients by patrolling designated areas, and conducting security checks.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all security-related incidents, including emergencies, disturbances, and alarms.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, ensuring all incidents are properly documented.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, employees, and visitors, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess a valid security license/certification, as required by local regulations.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent report writing abilities required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform assigned duties, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work on-call and be available to cover shifts on short notice.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Calidad Security Services, Inc. is a smaller family owned security and technology startup. We are growing and looking for dedicated individuals to join us on our journey. We are looking to hire officers who are all around hard workers, responsible, dependable, great people and are interested in joining our incredible team. This position will be patrolling our client’s construction site. This site is also monitored by our advanced security cameras and 24/7 SOC (Security Operation Center). You will be working side by side with our SOC operators to ensure the safety of our clients' sites.

You must:

• Ensure that our security officers work safely in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Report security incidents, risks or safety concerns using TrackTik
• Stay current with information and knowledge relevant to performing their duties safely
• Adhere to the clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Current BSIS guard card
• 40-hour guard card training certificates
• Current driver license and clean driving record
• Ability to remain active throughout patrol.
• Ability to work outside at a construction site
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English language proficiently
• Previous security services are a plus, but not a requirement
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, to be on time and not miss shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
