Ourclient is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner tojoin our growing team working with the Cybersecurity and InfrastructureSecurity Agency. In this role, you will support CISA and work with U.S.Government partners to ensure cyber campaign planning efforts and nation-state focused cyberthreat working groups, and other appropriate events/groups. Your efforts willhelp ensure CISA capabilities are incorporated into unified campaign plans andother whole of government initiatives, directly contributing to our nation’ssecurity and resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clientengagements on a team of 20 staff, while leading a work stream of 4-5 people toensure quality successful delivery to our clients
• Developing and improvingbusiness processes for government or private sector organizations, with a focuson analyzing mission requirements to determine what resources and skills areneeded to meet objectives.
• Developing operationalplans that drive defensive cyber operations
• Fitting the qualitative andquantitative research streams into the needs of our dynamic client’s project
• Applying frameworks toorganize insights as it relate to the needs of the clients
• Understanding,synthesizing, and conducting research and analysis that drives findings for ourclients

Requirements

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’spreferred) Computer Science or other STEM discipline
• A minimum of 8 years ofexperience with cyber defense operational planning, cyber threat intelligence,and interagency coordination. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have aminimum of 8 yrs of experience in one of the following areas:

oDevelopingoperational plans that drive defensive cyber operations; including the abilityto work with a wide range of partners, preferably including private sectorpartners, on complex cybersecurity topics.

oFacilitatingthe development and execution of cyber operations plans across multipleorganizations, either public or private. OR

oUsingcyber threat intelligence and cyber vulnerability data to develop cyber riskanalyses that inform organizational prioritization and cyber operations

oDevelopingdetailed intelligence plans to satisfy cyber operations requirements. Thisexperience must demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with cyber operationsplanners and cyber partner integration planners to identify, validate, and levyrequirements for the collection and analysis of cyber threat intelligence.

• Strong written and verbal communicationskills, including the ability to brief complex topics to both technical andnon-technical audiences.
• Ability to commute dailywithin the Washington, DC area
• An active Top Seret/SCIsecurity clearance
