Position Title: Cyber Partner Integration Planner II 

Position Overview:
The Cyber Partner Integration Planner II supports the coordination and collaboration efforts between cyber operations partners to enhance cyber defense capabilities and resilience. This position assists in developing strategies, providing guidance, and facilitating coordination among cyber teams to achieve integrated cyber actions and objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to advance cooperation between cyber operations partners, including government agencies, private sector organizations, and international entities.

2. Support the provision of guidance, resources, and collaboration to cyber teams to facilitate organizational support for achieving integrated cyber objectives.

3. Participate in collaborative efforts with stakeholders to identify common goals and areas for partnership, and contribute to the development of plans to address mutual cyber defense challenges.

4. Contribute to joint planning efforts to ensure alignment with agency priorities, objectives, and authorities among partners.

5. Participate in working groups and meetings to exchange information, share best practices, and develop joint initiatives to improve cyber defense capabilities.

6. Assist in maintaining relationships with relevant cyber community partners to ensure effective coordination and cooperation in cyber defense activities.

7. Support the development and execution of cyber defense plans, including deliberate planning efforts and crisis action plans.

8. Stay informed about emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies to contribute to partnership strategies and adapt approaches accordingly.

9. Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

 Recommended Qualifications:

·
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., Security , CEH) is advantageous.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cyber partner integration, cybersecurity, international relations, or related fields.

· Demonstrated understanding of cyber threat landscape, cybersecurity principles, and defensive strategies.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to contribute to working groups, meetings, and collaborative initiatives.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing cybersecurity partnerships and cooperation is desirable.

· Ability to work under supervision and contribute to partnership building and coordination efforts.

· Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
