CALERO is Hiring an Acquisition specialist Near Rochester, NY

Invoice Specialist Data Acquisition Team (3-Month Temporary Position)

Responsible for processing the mail received for Calero clients including receiving, sorting, opening, scanning, and uploading scanned documents to a designated file.

Secondary responsibilities include uploading and processing client invoices received via mail.

Responsibilities :

  • Sort and collate mail.
  • Open envelopes.
  • Dispose of junk mail.
  • Use mail machine, process multiple batches of mail per day.
  • Sort mail digitally, upload scanned documents to correct destinations for processing.
  • Resolve exceptions generated by automation tools.
  • Notify management of any irregularities in incoming mail flow, equipment issues, or maintenance required.
  • Assist other team members as needed with, but not limited to changing billing addresses, suppressing paper invoices, manually importing invoices, or resolving missing invoices.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

  • Must be 100% committed to best in class customer service
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate and able to utilize company-provided resources for problem solving.
