A global company is seeking to hire a Sr. Project Manager, managing Projects involving Salesforce, SaaS and other open platforms and these projects follow Waterfall or Agile methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assembling project plans and team work assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review: and escalating functional, quality timeline issues appropriately.
Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity.
Ability to learn the business aspects/domain at a high level to help deliver the project and business solution
Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderate to high complex projects.
Manage Plan vs. Actual cost checks issues/resolutions, schedule management and status reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
7 years of IT Project Management, implementing programs, project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and risk.
Experience managing either Salesforce, SaaS and other open platforms
Experience managing Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes
Experience managing complex budgets, including Plan vs. Actual cost checks issues/resolutions, schedule management and status reporting.
Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Strong decision analysis skills-particularly in recommending the right direction/method/tool for an opportunity.
Experience in managing projects where there are more than 1 or more sub project components reporting to a common project lead/manager
Experience using various project tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience.
Desired/Nice TO Haves:
PMP or AGILE CERTIFIED
