Essential Functions of the job:

Responsible for the on-time execution and oversight of long-term electric drive systems motor and actuator controller engineering projects. You will perform control account management (CAM) activities for assigned projects or relevant subproject segments. You will plan, estimate, and schedule engineering work. You will collect and present earned value tracking status for assigned projects. You will generate program change requests for new project subtasks and tracking for program budget changes. You request resources for motor and actuator controller project tasks.You drive/track engineering project teams for on-time milestone completion.
