Responsible for assisting management with overall restaurantconditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and storeprofitability. Fosters a coaching environment where employees want to excel andare recognized for their achievements. The Assistant Restaurant Manager isgenerally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Restaurant Manager, withthe exception of a day a week. Manage therestaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and is expected to deferand refer to the Restaurant and/or Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in mattersof significance. This is an hourly, nonexempt position generally 40 hours aweek.
