Manage Multiple Social Media Platforms: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor trends, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Community Development Director to execute marketing plans that promote access to quality healthcare for underserved communities
Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Manage and develop content for our waiting room patient communication platform (Relevant TV)
Design marketing materials, including print materials, digital content, and social media graphics, that are aligned with our mission and appeal to our target audience
Maintain website content, ensuring that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
Conduct SEO research and analysis to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and improve website ranking
Take photos for marketing purposes
Work with the Marketing Manager to promote brand awareness through marketing efforts that reflect our commitment to social justice and health equity
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Work closely with the community development team
Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Develop and implement marketing plans

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
1-2 years of marketing experience in a healthcare setting, preferably serving underserved communities
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Suite
Working knowledge of web design tools such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix
Experience with SEO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp or Wrike
A marketing degree is preferred, but not required
