Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist.
The Accounting Specialist responsibilities include:
- Process and maintain accounts payable according to agency policy.
- Process and maintain accounts receivable according to agency policy including billing, posting receipts, deposits, and collections.
- Processing of payments through SACWIS system for foster care.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Utilize current software in preparation of accounts receivable and payable for foster parent and county reimbursements.
- Assist CFO in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Process monthly billing, as well as loading paycards, maintaining all financial records for clients in specific programs.
- Remain current on accounting procedures and attend training, as necessary.
The Accounting Specialist requirements are:
- Minimum of associate degree in accounting
- 2 years’ experience in the accounting field.
- Highly organized and skilled in financial software systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
