Willowood is a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of multifamily properties throughout Dallas, Texas with ~ 1500 units.

We are seeking a Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Lead Maintenance will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, a strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Conduct inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with building systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
