What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Infrastructure Engineering group at the US Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).

The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of infrastructure engineering projects. This role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other team members to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to project objectives and timelines.

This position is on-site in Bethesda, MD with option to telework.

More About the Role:

  • Track Infrastructure Engineering group’s funding streams, budgets, expenditures, and contract vehicle funding.

  • Compile, track and analyze financial performance metrics.

  • Communicate and report on financial operations to clients.

  • Proactively recommend and follow-through on actions based on upcoming funding or expenditure timelines.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Accounting, or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related

  • Experience with US Navy or DoD programs

  • Proficiency with Excel (tracking, reporting, metrics)

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Navy business offices (NAVSEA, Comptrollers, Business Financial Management, Contracts) a plus.

  • Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
