What You'll Get to Do: CACI has several exciting positions for Knowledge Management Specialists (KMS) in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Employer provided relocation package available, and there is also the potential for working out of a SCIF location in Northern Virginia, and other SCIF locations TBD. In this position, you will work with a team of engineers who will analyze system architectures/designs and identify mission critical vulnerabilities to DoD weapons systems in network architectures. You will manipulate, categorize, and store a large library of technical documentation that is required by the engineering team to perform their analyses. Your ability to appropriately catalog and tag documents will ensure the information contained within each document is quickly and easily accessible to the team for future engineering analyses. This work provides an exciting opportunity to work in the area of cybersecurity and leverage your knowledge management skills. You will be an important member of a team that is providing recommendations to ensure the soundness of DoD weapons and/or space systems network designs. You will have an opportunity to merge your expertise with a team of systems engineers, software engineers, systems security engineers, and analysts to ensure the DoD customer's systems are always mission ready. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Current TS/SCI with active polygraph required * Experience in a Gov contracting setting managing data, info, and Knowledge effectively * Experience applying KM best practices * Experience designing and implementing KM strategies * Experience evaluating and improving organizational KM processes * Understanding of KM theories and models For a Level 3 KMS the following is required: * Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a KMS supporting cybersecurity programs * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university * Four (4) years of additional KMS experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree For a Level 4 KMS the following is required: * Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a KMS supporting cybersecurity programs * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university * Four (4) years of additional KMS experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: * DoD 8570 compliant certification ( ITIL, KCS, PMP, IAT, II, MCSD, CE, PMI, ACCA, CPHQ, CKS etc..etc...) Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
