```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a BDC Manager you will be required to cold call new and existing customers to set appointments. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and employees.

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Work the CRM to email, call and text customers to get them to come to the dealership

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in BCD role, preferably in the automotive sales industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Proficient in software applications related to inventory management and sales support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory control
- Public speaking skills for presentations or meetings

Pay: $21.57 - $25.98 per hour
