Primary Responsibilities

• Direct the daily workflow of the department.
• Work directly with leadership, the Scheduler, and other department Leads to coordinate and execute the daily schedule.
• Create, assemble, and prepare products for shipping.
• Accurately complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to read and follow packing lists for customer orders.
• Ensure shipments are packaged securely according to established standards prior to leaving the facility.
• Responsible for operating shipping equipment including bander, tape gun, screw gun, scale, tape measure, shrink wrap tools and forklift.
• Use of shipping software to schedule shipments.
• Perform work in a safe manner following work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
