Primary Responsibilities

• Handle dealer inquiries via email and phone.
• Provide information about our products to dealers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns.
• Document and update dealer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of company products.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing dealers.
• Ensure that remakes are promptly ordered in the system and sent to production the same day.
• Ensure all orders are entered accurately and sent to the production floor in a timely manner.
• Prepare dealer invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or other related field
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Effective problem-solving skills used to identify and resolve day-to-day issues that may arise
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with employees and dealers
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook
• Proficient in keying
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Customer service driven
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be responsible, dependable, honest, and ethical
