Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Charlotte NC

Required Qualifications:

• 5 Years Hands on experience in Business Analyst role (preferably Telecom domain)
• Strong in written and Verbal communication
• Expertise in Scrum Ceremonies and work closely with PMO to create backlog stories.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and generating business metrics reports as needed.
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Secondary Skills:

• Reviews, analyses, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
