Job Title: Business Analyst IV (Technical Analyst) 
Location: North Carolina Work From Home, Remote

Technical Analyst
The Technical Analyst role will be responsible for supporting and enabling our agile delivery development teams across Digital Channel Technology at Ally. This group is responsible for Web / Mobile and Next Generation customer facing channels supporting enterprise, deposits, auto, mortgage, invest and card. They are accountable to deliver joint technology & business solutions, support & optimize team delivery, and remove team impediments.
Job Responsibilities
Manage technology projects for agile development teams from inception to completion including gathering requirements from multiple sources, partnering with the development team to ensure deadlines are met and high quality is maintained.
Serve as a technical resource to the team, utilizing available resources and ability to handle both standard and non-standard situations.
Performing analysis and documentation of business and technology processes.
Performing application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs, sequence & data flow diagrams), portions of technology architecture and technical design activities and portions of technology build, test and deployment
Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc..)
Responsible for helping to resolve issues and mitigate risks, escalating issues where appropriate to leadership
Responsible for collecting data tied to project deliverables and collating into comprehensive presentations for executive leadership team.
Be willing to jump into workstreams already underway to help ensure on-time delivery of projects
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
You have a good understanding of the Agile process and experience working within an Agile organization 
Expertise in project management including project planning, estimating, dependency mapping, and status reporting BA/BS and 3 years of work in a technology organization or equivalent work experience 
Strong technical background in digital technologies with an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle 
You enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and overcoming technical and business challenges – comfortable pivoting focus quickly 
You are often the person that is relied on to “get things done”
