Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and out
- Maintain office supplies inventory as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or delivery
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Mail pick up
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with data entry tasks such as Payroll and Accounts Payable
- Process applications and set up new hires in payroll system, insurance, tax documents, etc.
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned, Miss Utility, Job trailers utilities, etc.
-Maintain monthly Blasting records
-Reconcile check book
-Renew vehicle registrations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Experience with file management, both physical and electronic
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- High School diploma or GED
