We have an opening in our Auburn location for a Customer Service Representative. The hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Summary/Objective
This position provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers via phone and email.
This position is responsible for creating new opportunities with our existing customer base as well as new customers by answering inbound calls and processing orders, received by telephone, fax, email or in person from customers or company employees. May have some outbound calling.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to feel or handle product, and reach with arms. This is a largely sedentary role; however, on occasion some order fulfillment processing may become necessary. This would require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The individual would be required to stand, and walk primarily on level surfaces, reach above shoulder height or below the waist. Proper lifting techniques are required.
