Reporting to the Director of Research, Technology, and Development, the Manager-Information Technology (IT) will plan, coordinate, and oversee IT operations within HFSC. The IT Manager is also accountable for the security of the organization’s information systems, including cybersecurity concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of information technology and information systems activities, partnering with forensic and support section managers to determine, implement and continually enhance information needs for the organization.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required; master’s, degree strongly preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification highly desirable.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Minimum seven years applicable experience in the information technology/information systems field.
Minimum of five years leadership experience. Leadership experience may include project or team leadership.
