Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers by crafting and serving high-quality beverages. You will be responsible for ensuring that every cup of coffee or tea meets our standards of excellence and that customers receive friendly, efficient service.
Your duties will include preparing and serving beverages, operating coffee-making equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers. Additionally, you may be tasked with handling cash transactions, restocking supplies, and assisting with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
