Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, while also supporting our inside team.

Duties:

  • Inputting Sales Orders and Change notices
  • Assisting Account Managers with RFQ Log
  • Assisting Sales team with Contract bids
  • Reviewing and responding to Customer Open Order reports/Expedite reports
  • Updating ERP system with dock dates/promise dates
  • Updating deliveries in customer portals
  • Reporting internal quarterly On-time Delivery metrics
  • Create weekly status reports for account managers
  • Coordinate HOT deliveries with warehouse
  • Coordinate Hold/Problem items with warehouse and sales team.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

- Proven experience in customer service or delivery assurance roles

- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

Education:

Bachelors (preferred)

Experience:

minimum 2-5 years, customer service and/or delivery assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
