We are looking to add a motivated, organized, and friendly Office Manager/Receptionist to our team!
Requirements: Strong oral and written communication skills, experience with a variety of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word),extremely organized, good time management skills, must have dependable vehicle to run errands.
Previous clerical and/or administrative experience preferred.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering Phones; welcoming walk-in clients by greeting them and referring inquiries to the appropriate team member; scheduling appointments; maintaining adequate office supplies for all employees, printers and copiers; providing general administrative support to our team; driving to various post offices and banks; sorting and delivering mail; keeping common areas (break rooms/lobby) clean and stocked.
Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
